Available Brands and Styles
The ugg boots selection isn't overly wide at Masonshoe.com: there are two brands in stock. E.T. Wright, an English manufacturer, offers a Men's Water Resistant Sheepskin Leather Boot that's made with a fluffy sheepskin liner and a removable wool insole. Five
Minnetonka leather models are offered, mostly moccasins (no surprise there), though there's one sandal and one slipper featured. One of the mocs is made of deerskin. Ordering Process
Ordering uggs at Masonshoe.com is a little more complex than with most sites, but it's still easy. Once you've found what you're looking for, click its image, and you'll be taken to a product-specific page. In addition to info about the style of footwear you've selected, there'll be a box at the bottom of the page with available colors. Click the one you want, which brings up a size/width chart. Click the appropriate combination (if it's available there'll be a dot in that box), and you'll be taken to the Shopping Cart page. From that point, you can elect to checkout, update the cart, or continue shopping. If you've already set up an account for the site, checking out is simple: just hit the checkout button and go from there. Otherwise you'll be sent a shipping information page, where you'll have to fill out all the standard information before moving on to the payment page.

Masonshoe.com accepts check and the big four credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). No gift certificates, either paper or email, are offered.
Shipping
Shipping varies, based on the cost of the order. For anything less than $25, standard shipping is $5.95 by parcel post for any U.S. location; this scales up to $14.95 for any orders over $200.01. Priority shipping is also available, at an additional rate of $7.95 for one item, and $11.95 for 2-6 items ($12.95 an $17.95, respectively, to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories). Express shipping is available for an extra $16.95 per item. Sales tax is added for orders sent to Virginia and Wisconsin.
Return Policy
Masonshoe.com offers a "Go the Extra Mile" Guarantee that lets you return your ugg footwear for an exchange, repair, or refund for any reason, but you can't do it for free; you'll pay for the shipping, and it's non-refundable. Your uggs should be unworn when you return them. To do so, you can either use the handy SmartLabel included on the packing list for the exchange, or arrange the return on your own; instructions for both are included on the site. You can't use the SmartLabel for returns from Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or FPO/APO post offices, and they won't accept COD packages or packages marked "Return to Sender."

live support. This is basically a chat window in which you can talk with an actual Mason Shoes representative, which adds a new wrinkle to the online ordering experience.
