Basic UPS and USPS standard shipping is free. Three-day shipping goes for $4.95; second-day air is $15.95; and overnight shipping is $26.50. There's an additional fee of $2.50 per extra item on second-day and overnight shipping. This goes for all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. They don't ship boots internationally, though.
Return Policy
At Onlineshoes.com, boot exchanges are free, but they require you to call them and get a return authorization number first, whereupon they'll email you a UPS return label to tape to your package. You then have to find a UPS office to send it off from. Of course, the item has to be in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original box. Returns are basically the same, except that Onlineshoes.com won't pay for the shipping. You'll receive a credit to your account within a week.
